Terms & Conditions

Welcome to The House of Massage Ltd. By booking a service, visiting our website, or engaging with our offerings, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

 

1. Booking & Payment

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • The remaining balance is due at the time of your session.

  • We accept online payments via secure platforms such as Stripe and bank transfer.

 

2. Cancellation Policy

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being non-refundable.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations will be charged the deposit as a cancellation fee.

  • Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may result in restricted future bookings.

 

3. Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late to your session, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your appointment may be shortened to avoid delays for the next client.

  • Full session fees still apply for late arrivals.

 

4. Refunds & Rescheduling

  • Deposits are non-refundable in the case of late cancellations or no-shows.

  • If you give more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred to a future appointment within 30 days.

  • Refunds are issued only at the discretion of The House of Massage Ltd and are not guaranteed.

 

5. Health & Safety

  • Clients must disclose any relevant health information prior to treatment. This includes (but is not limited to) injuries, chronic conditions, recent surgeries, or pregnancy.

  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it may not be safe or appropriate.

  • All treatments are strictly therapeutic and holistic in nature. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session and no refund will be given.

 

6. Children & Vulnerable Clients

  • We welcome clients of all backgrounds.

  • Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

  • If additional care or safeguarding measures are required, please notify us in advance.

 

7. Products & Courses

  • All skincare and self-care products are for external use only and should be used as directed. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions that may occur.

  • Our RESET Massage Course and all training materials are protected intellectual property and may not be copied, redistributed, or resold without written permission.

 

8. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to change, cancel, or update our treatments, prices, packages, and locations at any time without prior notice.

  • Any such changes will be communicated via our website or directly to affected clients.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to provide safe and effective treatments, The House of Massage Ltd and its practitioners are not liable for:

  • Any injury or adverse reaction caused by undisclosed medical conditions

  • Delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances

  • Loss or damage to personal belongings on the premises

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
