Refund Policy

Effective from: 01/10/2025

At The House of Massage Ltd, we value your time and ours. To provide the best service for all clients, the following refund policy applies:

  1. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  2. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  3. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being non-refundable.

  4. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will be charged the deposit as a cancellation fee.

  5. If more than 24 hours’ notice is provided, deposits may be transferred to a future appointment within 30 days.

  6. Refunds are issued only at the discretion of The House of Massage Ltd and are not guaranteed.
